We try and meet all new customers face to face, so either you can come to our offices in Northampton, or we’ll come to you. At the beginning of a new creative partnership, we find it best to get a broad understanding of what your business is about, and what you need from us.
How will the agency achieve the outcome I want?
Our account management team will work closely with you to lay down some initial ideas. They will subsequently brief the creative team, who will bring your ideas to life, whether it’s a complete rebrand or a simple marketing campaign. We will then endeavor to refine our initial designs and ideas into a finished product you will be proud to use.
How will you work out the cost of my job?
We can either set up a retainer for you, if you want an ongoing marketing contract with us, or we can work out the cost of individual jobs based on the amount of time it will take our creative team to complete the job. We will also factor in print and delivery costs where applicable.
Do I have to have a retainer with Rocket?
No, we are quite happy to work on a job-to-job basis. However, if you require ongoing creative design, PR or marketing services from the agency, we would recommend starting a retainer. It makes it simpler for you, and can be more cost effective.
If I’m in a hurry, what can you do to meet my deadline?
In our business, we’re well used to working to tight deadlines. We will do our best to move urgent jobs to the top of the pile. However, in the unlikely event that we can’t squeeze you in, we will be upfront and suggest an alternative deadline or perhaps a quicker solution.
Is there anything you outsource?
Some of our specialist digital coding, video projects and professional photography are outsourced to trusted partners, all of whom we have previously worked with extensively. Your work will be in safe hands with them!
