Job Title: Office Administrator

Report to: Managing Director

Location: Northampton

Overall Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the wider team and assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the office.


  • Answering phones and taking messages

  • Greeting clients and suppliers that arrive for meetings

  • Sorting the daily post (in and out)

  • Ordering and managing stationery

  • Ensuring the office is tidy

  • Filing

  • Managing diaries and emails of senior team members

  • To support the internal account teams with admin duties (creating jobs, filing,

    making phone calls, raising purchase orders)

    Skills Required:

  • Methodical and thorough in your approach

  • Organised

  • Good team player that displays initiative

  • Great and juggling tasks and managing priorities

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Comfortable meeting and talking to people face-to-face

  • Strong attention to detail

    Own transport an advantage but not essential

Software Skills:

General office suite: excel, word, and e-mail.
