Our Brief

To create a Fashion display that looks like a poppy field in a high footfall shopping centre – “A bit like the Tower of London display in 2017, but a bit less posh, fabric flowers not ceramic and with a path running through it.”

10 decades of fashion need be represented, one per decade.

The Glades Shopping Centre required a creative agency to realise their initial concept quickly and to organise and implement the whole display within four weeks.

The Solution

We like a challenge here at Rocket Creative!

Sourcing over 1,500 artificial poppies, 4 weeks before Remembrance Sunday and from UK suppliers, was the first challenge.

Second, was to realise how the poppies would attach to the flooring, remain in situ for the duration of the two week display and be ‘shopping centre proof’.

Rocket Creative were able to use their fast and quick-thinking approach to source the poppies through their extensive list of contacts and suppliers.

We also use highly skilled and trained craftsmen, so realising the concept was professionally achieved and within the timescale.
