The Slimming Clinic Pop Up

Our Brief

Significantly increase brand awareness through product placement sourcing and facilitating engaging events at high footfall locations, close to existing clinic locations.

Following a recent re-brand, The Slimming Clinic, wanted to place themselves in front of their target market in busy, high footfall areas and provide them to experience their doctor led services with a FREE weigh in to determine their BMI, book in for a FREE full weight loss health check with one of their in-house doctors and speak with the clinic staff manning the stand about any initial plans, goals or how to start their weight loss journey.

The Slimming Clinic required an experienced and knowledgeable event agency to work with who could design, organise, promote and deliver the ‘experience’ in a short timeframe and on brand.

The Solution

Rocket were given the responsibility of designing and producing the ‘event collateral’ which included:

•  Sourcing, design and production of a Pop-Up stand suitable for internal locations,
such as Shopping Centres, wedding fairs and exhibitions

•  Sourcing, design and production of branded Water Bottles as giveaways

•  Sourcing, design and production of branded T-Shirts as uniform

•  Design and printing of leaflets

•  Design of patient questionnaires

•  Arranging and coaching clinic manager in preparation for Facebook live sessions

Following the event, Rocket were also able to design and create in-house, the following for use at future events:

•  ‘How to Guide’ for other Clinics to refer to, prior to organising their own event

•  Creation of a ‘How to Video’ for Clinic staff to refer to, prior to setting up the Pop Up stand

Rocket were once again able to use their wealth of experience and contacts within the events and print industry to ensure all aspects were delivered to a premium level, on time and within budget.

Don’t just take our word for it

The event exceeded my expectations completely with high footfall becoming a strong means of lead generation. Thanks to a strong, impactful Pop Up stand, we added a pop of colour to the centre which helped to draw people in, showing them exactly who we are and introducing them to our brand. Thanks to seamless stand assembly, bold branded merchandise and supporting collateral, plenty of customers went away with an eager interest in our services.
