The activity also had to adhere to the client’s brand requirements of delivering genuine moments of surprise, delight and joy.
Rocket identified retailers who could offer complimentary sessions on make-up, hair, nails, consultations and male grooming.
These sessions were offered as appointments and available to pre-book online.
To entertain guests in the waiting area, Rocket sourced and provided tablets with make-up and nail apps downloaded on them.

80%+ of appointments were pre-booked online, smashing the target of 70%.
400+ people attended.
A variety of treatments available to men, ensured there was a massive 700% increase in attendance upon previous year.
